What to Submit

After donating, St. Jude will email you a receipt like this one. Open a private support ticket in Discord and upload a screenshot of the full receipt.

Please include the donation amount, date, fundraiser/event information, and tracking code so staff has enough information to verify the donation.

Please do not crop or edit the receipt. You may hide unrelated sensitive information if any appears on it. You may black out your name and address if it appears on the receipt.

The $5 Base Supporter Package is required first. Once unlocked, it never needs to be purchased again. After that, future donations can go entirely toward add-ons.

What happens when the server wipes?

Wipe Policy

In-game perks normally reset when the server or map is wiped.

  • If an in-game perk is purchased within 2 months before a wipe, it carries over to the next map.
  • Wipes are not on a fixed schedule and may happen anywhere from about 2 months to 2 years apart.
  • Because wipes are unplanned, we cannot guarantee exactly how long an in-game perk will last on the current map.
  • Your Base Supporter Package and Discord supporter benefits do not need to be purchased again after a wipe.
